Spring is officially in the air and we are so happy to announce the winners of the "Spring Things" challenge. RRounds knocked it out of the park with her simplistic yet adorable design called "Welcome Spring Card". For her great effort we are rewarding her with a set of paints from "Earth Safe Finishes". Now she can use these neat eco-friendly paints to add to her crafty creations! Our second place winner is Moonstone for her great recycled mini photo book called "Family". Who knew you could make something so cute with beermats and paper scraps!? For her ingenuity we are sending out a nice pad of "Paper Trunk" paper which will be helpful for her ongoing creations of recycled mini books. Thanks to all who participated. We are taking suggestions for the next challenge and already have a few really great prizes!

Spring is already in the air as we ramp up for a great creative free-for-all. Our next challenge is called "Spring Things" and we are opening it up to all eco-crafters and designers.
Spring reminds us of growth and the different ways we can craft greener by recycling things into our projects that we might normally throw away. It's also a good time to learn about new sustainable and eco-friendly products such as "Earth Safe Finishes" and "Paper Trunk".
The Spring Things Challenge is your chance to show off your spring time designs or dig through your recycle bin and start creating something eco-fabulous! April 1st, 2009 is the entry deadline.

Designs
Designs submitted should be inspired by all things spring. Events that surround spring such as Easter, Earth Day, Mother's Day, spring cleaning, spring weddings, springtime animals, spring flowers. Winning designs might also be optioned for sub-licensing.Projects
Projects submitted should use no less than 1 recycled or non traditional craft item that integrates eco-paper or recycled paper. This is your chance to show off spring scrap pages and cards that integrate something recycled. All crafts that integrate recycled paper or creative use of reused paper are accepted.
